About the Role

As a Part-Time BCBA at Unyque Therapy Services, you will help provide individualized, evidence-based support to clients and families through assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and ongoing clinical care.

This role requires a Master’s degree, active BCBA certification, and current state licensure. The BCBA works closely with Behavior Specialists, caregivers, and clinical leadership to support meaningful progress for each client.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Specialists and caregivers on behavior intervention plans.
  • Develop functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans with senior guidance as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate clinical records within 24 hours.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and attend regular supervision sessions.
  • Introduce and train new patient programs with senior oversight.

What We're Looking For

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related human services field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
  • Current state licensure with proper clinical credentials.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with families, caregivers, staff, and care teams.
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality care and professional standards.
  • Ability to meet documentation timelines and treatment plan deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supervising Behavior Specialists, RBTs, or caregivers.
  • Experience developing FBAs and BIPs.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Comfort introducing and training new patient programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage clinical documentation efficiently.

Schedule & Compensation

  • This is a part-time BCBA position with services provided in person.
  • Pay range: $30.00 – $43.00 per hour.
  • Reports to the CEO or Senior Behavior Analyst, depending on role level and experience.
  • Performance expectations include submitting clinical session notes within 24 hours, meeting treatment plan and project deadlines, maintaining BCBA certification through required CEUs, and following the BCBA ethics code and professional standards.
